I read bonuses like contracts: wagering, excluded games, time windows. I would rather skip a bonus than lock my balance behind playthrough while real life waits outside. Session 35 on my own mental list means: set a limit before the first spin, then take an honest note—win, loss, or flat.

I mute chat tickers and “live win” feeds; they manufacture FOMO. If the chat is louder than my budget, I close the session.
